With The Witcher now on the way to be the streaming giant’s best and biggest first season debut ever, it’s no surprise they’re expanding The Witcher franchise to cover all the bases.

Nightmare of the Wolf will be produced by The Witcher showrunner Lauren Schmidt Hissrich and Beau DeMayo, so there’s no doubt the film will be in good hands. Also on board is Studio Mir, the Korean animation studio behind Nickelodeon’s Legend of Korra and Netflix’s Voltron Legendary Defender.

A release date is yet to be announced, but all reports suggest it will be out before season two starts streaming in 2021.

With no other details to go on, we’re just hoping “Toss a Coin to Your Witcher” is on the anime film’s soundtrack.
