The Best Tweets (or Xes?) About Twitter's New Logo and Name, X

First SpaceX, then his son X Æ A-12, and now Twitter. Musk is letting the world know just how much he loves the letter X.

After all of his changes over the last few months, this is definitely his biggest. Twitter has officially retired its iconic bird logo 11 years since it was formed. Twitter, which has undergone massive changes since Musk entered the picture, is now unrecognizable. It’s officially the end of an era, and we’re not sure that’s a good thing.

The old logo told a story, but the new logo, well, we’re not sure what the heck it’s supposed to mean. Is it code? Is it a letter? Is it a symbol of Musk’s X cult?

But it doesn’t end there. Musk plans to completely retire the Twitter brand name and replace it with X, which makes us wonder if tweets will now be called… Xes. And if videos on X will be called… XVideos. If so, then X might just become X-rated.

Twitter—or X, whatever the hell it’s called—had plenty to say about the new logo, and they certainly didn’t hold back. Here’s just some of the shade being thrown at Musk’s X-rated innovation.
