The Quezon City Government Is Now Offering Mental Health Medication for Free

Persons with disabilities suffering from mental health issues are given access to free medication in Quezon City, its local government said Monday.

To avail them in city health centers, one only needs to present a prescription, the Quezon City Government said.

Below are the medicines being offered for free under Quezon City's Mental Wellness Access Hub program: 

• Clozapine 100 mg tablets
• Biperiden 2 mg tablets
• Chlorpromazine 100 mg tablets
• Lithium Carbonate 450 mg tablets
• Sertraline 50 mg tablets
• Escitalophram Oxalate 10 mg tablets
• Quetiapine 200 mg tablets
• Valproic acid tablets
