How to Make Reusable Face Masks With Materials at Home

Despite pronouncements from the World Health Organization, the government’s Inter Agency Task FORCE (IATF) has ruled that people must wear masks when they go outside.
It’s not always easy to procure face masks, especially these days when they’re in high demand. So how about making them yourself?
It’s not as hard as you think, as this tutorial from Maison Métisse shows. Founded by Adrienne Charuel, Maison Métisse is a fashion brand that is involved in a campaign by the Department of Science and Technology’s Philippine Textile Research Institute to produce reusable masks that people can use during the coronavirus crisis.
According to Charuel, the tutorial can not only help households produce face masks on their own, but also possibly provide livelihood opportunities for communities.
