Flash Express, an integrated e-commerce logistics services company, came to the Philippines at an opportune yet challenging time in 2021, amid the unprecedented changes brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic.

Founded by Thai-Chinese businessman Komsan Lee, the company's vision was to deliver world-class logistics services. This propelled the company’s expansion across Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Philippines, Malaysia, and Laos.

Since entering the Philippines, the company achieved significant nationwide coverage, reaching 90 percent of serviceable areas within a year. Currently, it has 34 nationwide hubs; 1,151 distribution centers; and 76 pickup distribution centers.

It strategically focuses on the e-commerce market, providing logistics services to major platforms like Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. This aligns with the Philippines' growing e-commerce sector.

By integrating an advanced logistics systems and technology, including the Flash Express app and website, as well as tools like the "Fast Hand" and Dimensioning, Weighing & Scanning Machine (DWS), Flash Express revolutionized its operations across the Philippines, enhancing the delivery experience for its customers.

Driven by its tagline “Forward Your Business In a Flash,” the company has offered business partnerships for Filipino entrepreneurs, particularly small and medium enterprises (SMEs). An example of this commitment is their "Flash Home" program, which provides an opportunity for entrepreneurs to become essential delivery partners by operating as convenient drop-off locations, thereby diversifying their income streams.
