Dior Launches Into the World of Skateboarding With the B9S Sneakers
Fusing the codes of Dior with the universe of skateboarding Kim Jones gives life to the limited edition B9S sneakers. With a wide fit and thick sole, as skatewear dictates, these shoes with an unmistakable design are available in six eye-catching color variations.
The B9S sneaker combines the world of sportswear dear to Kim Jones with the sartorial mastery of the French fashion house, displaying for example the “D, I, O, R” charms and the typical Cannage motif on the tweed inserts and the sole, all on a sporty silhouette. Furthermore, the B9S pays homage to another Dior symbol, the Oblique motif—created by Marc Bohan in 1967—which now elegantly punctuates the shoe's laces.
