Moncler Will Hold a Show in St. Moritz For Its New Grenoble Collection
Fashion and mountain lovers, mark your calendars for February 3, 2024, because Moncler will present its Grenoble fall/winter 2024 collection with an exclusive event in St. Moritz. The atmosphere of the renowned Alpine resort will serve as the setting for a show inspired by the dual soul of Moncler Grenoble, in which technical performances for high-altitude challenges and design reach their maximum expression.
At the moment the information that's been shared has been vague, so we'll have to wait a little longer to know the exact location and other details about the event. But one thing we know is that Moncler usually does things in style, especially when it comes to its shows. Just remember the celebrations for the 70th anniversary of the brand with the Piazza Duomo in Milan covered in white thanks to an army of 1952 performers (in homage to the year Moncler was founded) dressed in the historic Maya down jacket. Or, the takeover of London Fashion Week with its countless Art of Genius collaborations with names like Pharrell Williams, Palm Angels, and Jay-Z.
The announcement of the February 3 show follows the recent opening in St. Moritz of the first flagship in the world entirely dedicated to the Grenoble line (which took place in December 2023): a 300-square-meter space that draws inspiration from the surrounding landscapes and comes to life through the use of natural materials, both in their raw state and adapted for functional purposes such as designer seating and display systems. The company itself defined it as "a house where performance and style coexist, which hosts the best of Moncler Grenoble in all its dimensions, from the most technical and innovative garments to the selections designed for après ski and for the outdoor, all characterized by a sophisticated design."
