Italian luxury brand Zegna looks back to its roots for Fall/Winter 2025 with the revival of Torino style, a silhouette inspired by founder Ermenegildo Zegna’s original suit created more than a century ago.

The story began in 1910, when Zegna established his namesake brand in Trivero, in northern Italy. His vision went beyond fabric—he sought to craft garments that embodied dignity, elegance, and intention. One milestone moment came in Torino, when he requested a suit made from Vellus Aureum, the most precious fiber he had ever created, to wear at the prestigious Teatro Regio di Torino. That commission became a legacy, defining the brand’s enduring philosophy of refinement and innovation.

This season, the Torino jacket makes its return with structured shoulders, wide lapels, and rounded pockets, alongside signature details like three-button sleeves and a higher buttonhole inspired by the 232 Road brand mark. The highlight of the collection is the new Vellus Aureum suit, now reimagined in feather-light flannel and constructed with couture-level techniques—from hand-finished trousers to pure silk linings.

To mark the launch, Zegna returned to Torino itself with Danish actor Mads Mikkelsen, its global ambassador, fronting the FW25 campaign shot at Teatro Regio and the surrounding Alpine landscapes. The campaign captures the essence of Italianità: understated, confident elegance rooted in culture, rhythm, and craft.

In the Philippines, Zegna is available exclusively at Greenbelt 3 via Stores Specialists, Inc.
