Dolly de Leon Listed in British Vogue's 30 World's Most Famous Stars List for 2023

Cannes-winning film Triangle of Sadness, suffice to say, has catapulted Dolly de Leon into international superstardom. With new projects in Hollywood coming up left and right, de Leon has proven that she can act with the best of them. So much so that even British Vogue's 2023 Hollywood Portfolio feature has her joining a lineup of the most famous stars in the world.
"And what more suitable way to celebrate a glittering crop of 2020s talent than by inviting them to take on a touch of the style and shimmer of the Roaring Twenties? This year’s portfolio is not only a celebration of 30 actors at the top of their game, but an ode to Hollywood, and its ever-evolving ways," the article wrote.
De Leon is mentioned in the same breath as the likes of Cate Blanchett, Viola Davis, Eddie Redmayne, and Michelle Yeoh. "Always remember that the work can never be taken away from you. Maybe I’ll do another project after this or this will never happen again, but the work will never go away," de Leon explained.

In the photoshoot, we see de Leon in a sparkling gray dress posing by The Millenium Biltmore in Los Angeles, California. She reveals a little more about herself in the piece, saying that her Old Hollywood icon is Bette Davis and giving props to Meryl Streep's ability to disappear and become her characters.
As Golden Globes season heats up, De Leon faces Hollywood giants Angela Bassett, Kerry Condon, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Carey Mulligan in the nominations category. She had previously received the Best Supporting Performance nod at the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards, along with Ke Huy Quan for his role in Everything Everywhere All At Once.
