This Instagram Account Is Dedicated to Capturing Brutalist Architecture in the Philippines

Brutalist architecture isn't enjoyed by all. Historically, it's been criticized as harsh and abstract. An Instagram account with the name Brutalist Pilipinas, however, hopes to capture another side of it—especially since we pretty much live our lives amongst so many such structures in the Philippines.
Founder and art director Patrick Kasingsing started the account as a brutalist fan, but it has since transformed into a like-minded community after he opened the account to accept submissions. With almost 7,000 followers, the account is growing by the day. Check out some highlights from Brutalist Pilipinas below.
