13 Places That Bring The Christmas Turkey to Your Holiday Table
The holiday turkey is one foreign tradition that deserves adoption in local Christmas tables. This massive bird makes a beautiful centerpiece for many a holiday feast, often accompanied by gravy, stuffing and plum pudding. The tradition of having turkey for Christmas dates back to 19th century Britain, and was even popularized in Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, which was published in 1863. Today, even though this New World bird is not native to our shores, we can easily find a gobbler (or hen) for this year’s Noche Buena. Bizu Patisserie & Bistro
Bizu’s Whole Roast Turkey is available for special order only. It is served with their signature stuffing, made with apples, chestnuts, and sausages. Sauces include a duo of cranberry and pan gravy.

Chef Jessie Restaurants
Chef Jessie Sincioco’s Roast Tom Turkey is stuffed with apples, chestnuts, bread and fresh herbs. Sauces include giblet gravy and cranberry compote, with caramelized sweet potatoes, creamed corn and spinach served on the side.

Chef Bambi Sy Gobio, famed for her private fine dining establishment in Greenhills, brings their fine dining experience to your homes with turkey for take out. Slow-roasted to perfection, Damaso's turkey comes with chorizo stuffing, potatoes, side vegetables, pan gravy, and cranberry sauce.

Diamond Hotel Philippines is making Christmas feasts even more convenient by putting up their offers online. Simply purchase via their website and pick up your Christmas Turkey with cranberry sauce and giblet gravy at the hotel's Goodie Counter. For those who want to take in the luxe ambiance, Diamond Hotel will be serving the Christmas Turkey on December 24, 25, and 31 and January 1, 2018 at the Corniche buffet.

Manila Marriott Hotel
Marriott Manila is offering gourmet food-to-go selections this Christmas. The whole roasted turkey package includes a 6 kg US turkey in rosemary maple glaze and classic stuffing, whipped potatoes, organic vegetables, Brussels sprouts, rice pilaf, penne pasta, and sundried tomato salad with a side of cranberry sauce and mushroom gravy.
Trish Panlilio of Gourmand Market fame owns this successful a la carte food service and catering business that led to the opening of Mulberry Door in BGC. Nawwty’s offers two kinds of roast turkey available until New Year's Eve: classic oven-roasted turkey with herbed stuffing, and the popular apple and sausage roast peppered turkey. Both dishes come with sidings of whipped mashed potatoes, haricot vert and carrots, sage and garlic trimmings, and old-fashioned gravy.

Nostalgia Dining Lounge, Joy-Nostalg Hotel & Suites Manila
The hotel formerly known as Oakwood Premier continues their tradition of serving turkey for the holidays. Nostalgia Dining Lounge’s Turkey to Go, available from November 13, 2017 to January 2, 2018, comes with sausage stuffing, giblet gravy, mashed potatoes, and roasted vegetables. Reservations are strictly required for at least two days in advance, with the last day of orders on December 31, 2017 while the last day of pickup is January 2, 2018.

Blogger-turned-businesswoman Pria Chiongbian Solon offers turkey in two ways. The whole roast turkey platter comes with homemade Italian sausage and apple stuffing, roasted vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, cranberry jelly and mushroom gravy. For those looking for a slightly smaller feast, Pria’s offers a turkey fillet platter, which features roast turkey breast sliced in thick, even cuts, and comes with the same sidings.

Restaurant 101, Enderun Colleges
Christmas turkey is part of Restaurant 101’s take-out menu, a roster that also includes smoked porchetta, roasted rib-eye, and roasted bone ham. The turkey, served with cranberry sauce and giblet gravy, also comes with a choice of five kinds of sides, which include potato gratin, apricot and cashew wild rice pilaf, honey-roasted squash and pears, truffle mac n’ cheese, and Waldorf salad, among others.

High Street Café, Shangri-la at the Fort
The newest Shangri-La’s food hall offers turkey on a party platter—whole roasted US Tom Turkey with dried fruit bread stuffing, braised red cabbage, roasted sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, giblet gravy, and bourbon thyme jus. The Bowery NYC Comfort Food
Bowery’s dine-in holiday menu is back for another year, featuring a feast reminiscent of Chef Cuit Kaufman’s childhood in Washington, D.C. The whole roast turkey is served with Manhattan clam chowder, warm brioche rolls, classic mac and cheese, sourdough bread stuffing, and a choice of three sides. Customers can also avail of the solo portion that comes with stuffing, raspberry sauce, and sweet potato mash with roasted marshmallows.

Acclaimed chef Margarita Fores has begun offering to-go tray starting with the season. Apart from her signature pastas, chicken, and lamb, she also has a roast turkey.
