Grazing platters and trays are the latest (and best) food trend for celebrations, whether it's a simple party of two to a large family gathering. That messy smorgasbord of cured meats, cheeses, grapes, and crackers (don't forget the bottle of red) just puts us in a holiday mood. It's simple—though admittedly not cheap—but festive and definitely impressive for a potluck or for your holiday house party. We rounded up the places in Metro Manila that offer incredible grazing platters to share (or not) for Christmas. 

Santi's Delicatessen
Everyone's go to for deli meats obviously has some amazing grazing boards for you. They start at P1,500, which is already good for eight to 10 people, and may be customized according to your taste. Santi's has a good range of cheeses, from your favorite Gruyere to an even more exotic coconut cheese, so you can comfort and surprise your guests with your choices.

Rustan's Supermarket and Marketplace by Rustan's
Your trusty neighborhood grocery store won't let you down. Rustan's, known for their Christmas hampers and easy potluck solutions, is offering some pretty affordable cheese and charcuterie trays for the season. The Mixed Platter (P1,255), good for 10 to 15, has farmer's ham, queso curado, pepperoni lyoner, salami piccante dritto, salmi milano, and Gouda. They also have an exlusively cheese platter (P1,849), with brie, St. Agur, queso curado, gruyere, and gouda, as well as an all-meat offering (P1,199), Beretta salami milano, farmer's ham, pepperoni lyoner, chicken ham, parma ham, and honey ham.

Rustan's has display counters for cheese and charcuterie, so you can also mix and match your own personal tray at home.


Handcrafted Cheese and Charcuterie Boards and Grazing Tables from Gourmandise by Sunshine
The beautiful Sunshine Puey may be known largely for her delicious eclairs and desserts, but her culinary stylings go beyond the sweet spectrum. Her catering service, Gourmandise, offers a luxurious bounty of hams and cheeses. Her Grazing Box (P2,200), which is a perfect potluck treat for a small party of four, comes with three types of cheese, two types of cured meat, jam, assorted nuts, dried and fresh fruit, crackers, and garnishes. The Grazing Tray (P13,000) serves around 15 to 20 and it apart from the usual fixings, it comes with truffle honey, toast, vegetable crudites, olives, and seasonal garnishes.

Chef Shine also offers a razing table for 30 (P25,000) and 40 (P30,000).

Aperitif Catering
This online company introduced Filipinos to the beauty of grazing spreads so it's no surprise that they're have so many packages available, from different boxes (including one that's custom to your preferences), a giant platter, a log, a table, and a cart. 

The Graze Box (P3,500/mini; P6,000/large; P5,000/mini black; P1,500/custom half) is ideal to give any hostess and it'll make you a hit at holiday parties. If you want something more festive, they have the a mouthwatering assembly in the Platter (P6,000), which, in their words, comes with "five luxe cheeses, four kinds of premium Italian cold cuts, and everything in between." 

You can also try the Grazing Log (P12,500), which is big enough to feed a small army, or the Grazing Cart (P27,000). Aperitif also has dessert grazing sets available.

La Petit Fromagerie
When there's good cheese, you can bet that there's good jamon nearby. La Petit Fromagerie is famous for their cheese services (including a fondue cart, a raclette bar, cheese buffet, and a grilled cheese bar), but they also customize grazing boxes for your more intimate celebrations. They have three types of cheese and charcuterie boards for 5 to 6 people, 10 people, and 15 to 20 people, with prices starting at P1,000.

Clementine Catering Co.
Their grazing tables aren't for lightweights. This catering company specializes in impressive charcuterie and cheese spreads (P18,000) and more extensive cheese, charcuterie, and canape sets (P30,000)—either is good for 30 heads The canapes include choux puffs, tartlets, blinis, croquettes, and other savories from Clementine's hors d'oeuvres menu.

Grazing boxes are also available. The 11x11 package is good for five to seven people (P2,950), but a minimum order of three is required. You might want to tick off some people from Christmas list with a box.

Artisan Cellar Door
A purveyor of the good life, Artisan Cellar Door elevates the Filipino palate with fine food and drink. Hams and cheeses are sold in store individually, but they can also come up with delicious platters for you. From their catalogue they have Cinjo Jotas in lomo (P780) and jamon (P850), sold per 100 grams. as well as brie, Camembert, double cream brie, triple cream brie, and deluxe blue cheese (P450 each).

Grind Bistro
For something small, quick, and fuss-free without compromising everything you love about your everyday grazing platter, drop by Grind Bistro. Their cheese plate comprises assorted cheeses paired with parma ham, tomato and apple jams, and rye and ciabatta breads.

A top name when it comes to Spanish deli meats, Terra de Espana offers a vast range of hampers chock-full of delicious Spanish hams and sausages.
