Cafe Barbera
Whether you're in need of a quiet spot after a fun night out at Uptown Parade, or are just looking for a caffeine boost no matter the time, Cafe Barbera can deliver. The Naples-based coffee chain prides itself in serving coffee the same way they do back in Italy, meaning they only use beans hand-roasted in Naples, plus the right milk temperature and serving sizes to really emphasize the flavor of the coffee. Cartel Coffee + Deli

With KANDLE Cafe's laid-back ambience, made even homier by the knickknacks scattered all over the space, you'll find it difficult to leave. Why not end a busy day with a cocktail-inspired dish like the Bloody Mary Cream Pie Pasta (P330)?

Exchange Alley Coffee House
For third-wave coffee in the South, you don't have to look further than Exchange Alley Coffee House (or EACH). Cool black-and-white interiors with yellow-and-teal details make this cafe stand out, but it's the coffee that'll make you stay until late. They offer classics like an Iced Latte (P150) and the EACH Mocha (P170), but you could also try something less conventional like the Nitro Black (P190), which is brewed in a mini keg. While this pretty cafe now has nine branches, their Worldwide Corporate Center branch along Shaw Boulevard stands out because it's open 24 hours on weekdays, so you know you have somewhere to hang out in no matter the time. It helps that the place is blooming with lots of plants and fresh flowers to instantly brighten up your mood.

Single Origin
Single Origin practically has everything you look for in a cafe. There's a reliable WiFi connection, a menu of dishes that'll take you from breakfast (you can't go wrong with Bacon and Egg With Waffles at P420) to lunch and dinner, and of course, excellent coffee and tea, with over two pages of the menu dedicated to them. The cafe is a great after-work hangout, too, with their selection of beer and fun cocktails. We'd stay from sunrise to sundown every day if we could.
