Filipinos Spent the Longest Time Browsing Pornhub in the World in 2023

Users in the Philippines spent the longest time per visit on Pornhub.com, with each visit lasting an average of 11 minutes and 15 seconds, according to data published by the porn site earlier this month. The Philippines also made up the second biggest traffic source of Pornhub.com in the world, rising three spots from last year’s fifth place. Pornhub did not release absolute numbers, but said the country is behind the United States, which took the top spot “by a landslide.”
Following the Philippines in the rankings of top traffic sources were, in order, France, Mexico, United Kingdom, Japan, Germany, Italy, Canada, and Brazil. The Philippines and Japan were the only Asian countries in the top 20.
While online porn is often thought to be dominated by male viewers, the Philippines once again bucked the trend, being the only country in the world with more female visitors (58 percent) than males.

According to Pornhub, since Google Analytics began tracking demographics data in 2015, the site has seen the proportion of female visitors steadily increasing over time, from only 25 percent in 2015, to 36 percent in 2023.
Pornhub also included a more detailed look at each of the Top 20 countries’ porn-viewing habits in the report. For the Philippines, the most-searched for terms within the site were “pinay,” followed by “pinoy,” and “Japanese.” Top trending searches were, “hot asian big tits,” which was up +654 percent; “male whimpering,” up 527 percent; and “hot asian girl,” up 464 percent.
Breaking the searches by categories, Pornhub said users in the Philippines were most interested in Japanese (1st), followed by Hentai (2nd), Asian (3rd), Lesbian (4th), and Outdoor (5th).
Overall, Pornhub reported the most notable trends in porn searches this year. The top trend was mature porn, whose searches grew 77 percent over the past year; and size, as searches for “big,” “bigger” and “biggest” collectively grew by 177 percent worldwide, as did searches for “huge” “huge tits,” “huge cock,” and “huge dildo.” Tech also made a significant leap in people’s interest this year, as searches for “android” grew 1,689 percent (often combined with video game searches, as well as “android cosplay” and “android roleplay”); “robot” grew 304 percent, with terms like “sex robot,” “AI robot,” “3D robot,” and “anime robot” being the most popular; and “sex machine” grew 88 percent, including mechanized sex toys like “dildo machine,” “milking machine,” and “penis machine.”
Worldwide, the most searched-for term on Pornhub was “hentai,” which has held the top spot three years in a row. It was followed by “milf,” “lesbian,” “Japanese,” “pinay,” “anal,” “Asian,” “Latina,” “big ass,” and “step mom.”
Meanwhile, Pornhub also noted some overlap in the search interests of men and women, with Japanese and Ebony both making it in the top five of both genders. While men’s top five porn categories include Japanese, Mature, Anal, MILF, and Ebony, women’s top five include Lesbian, Japanese, Threesome, Ebony, and Mature.
One other interesting insight that Pornhub noted is the effect of major regional holidays and events on site traffic. Basically, porn-viewing drops during these events. For example, site traffic dropped 33 percent compared to an average day in the United States last November 23 as the country celebrated Thanksgiving. Meanwhile, the holiday that saw the least substantial drop in traffic occurred during the Sinulog Festival in Cebu here the Philippines, with “only” 7.8 percent less traffic versus an average day. That suggests Filipinos don’t let a major holiday like the Sinulog interrupt their porn-viewing habits.
