These Are the Things Filipinos Searched for in Pornhub in 2022
The Philippines has been dethroned as the top country that spends the longest time streaming on Pornhub for 2022. The recognition goes to Egypt, whose watchers spent an average of 11 minutes and 12 seconds on the site.
This was followed by Japan, whose viewers allotted an average of 10 minutes and 59 seconds for their porn. The Philippines is tied with Japan in time spent on the site but has fallen -32 points from 2021.
Below is a summary of the top countries that spent the most time watching porn on Pornhub in 2022.
But when it comes to daily traffic on Pornhub, Americans topped the list.
"Once again, the United States continues to be the country with the highest daily traffic to Pornhub, followed by the United Kingdom. In 2022, France moved +1 ahead of Japan, Mexico +1 ahead of Italy, and Germany +1 ahead of Canada. Egypt’s rank increased by +7 to join our Top 20 for the first time, and Belgium is back! It last made our Top 20 in 2017," Pornhub reports.
Collectively, the Top 20 countries represent 79.3 percent of Pornhub’s daily traffic. The Philippines is in 9th place in terms of daily traffic.
Pornhub Consumption by Filipinos
According to Pornhub, “pinay” continued to be the number one search in the Philippines in 2022, while “Japanese” moved up one position to become the second most popular search ahead of "pinoy".
Searches including the term “pinay gangbang” grew by +7 and “new pinay” by +14. "Japanese" was the most viewed category in the Philippines ahead of "lesbian" and "Asian."
Trending searches for the year included a 435-percent increase for “pinay tattoo” and a 234-percent increase for “hot romantic sex”.
"When compared to the rest of the world, visitors from the Philippines are 192 percent more likely to view the Romantic category and 180 pecent more likely to view Behind The Scenes videos," wrote Pornhub.
