BINI Becomes First Filipino Artist Ever to Enter Spotify's Global Top Artists Chart

BINI has become one of the most recognizable acts in not just the Philippines, but global charts, as well. Recently, it just made history as the first Filipino artist to be part of the Global Top Artists Chart on Spotify.

Debuting at 193rd, BINI has placed itself farther than other P-Pop groups in the past year. It has toured in places like Canada, the United States, the United Arab Emirates, and Dubai. The act comprises Mikha, Aiah, Colet, Maloi, Gwen, Stacey, Jhoanna, and Sheena. Hits like “Pantropiko” and “Salamin, Salamin" have catapulted them to new heights. Its official website had just been launched, too.

In May 2024, it became the most-listened female Original Pinoy Music artist on Spotify, when it surpassed Denise Julia.

BINI made its debut in 2021 and has slowly risen the ranks among today's Filipino acts. Among its best-known singles include "Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi," "Lagi," among others. The group is hosting its first concert called "BINIverse" on June 28, 29, and 30, 2024 at the New Frontier Theater in Quezon City.
