Here's How You Can Wine and Dine at Hong Kong's Best Bars and Restaurants for Free
Just in time for that year-end trip you were thinking about.
Here's one more reason to spend the holidays in Hong Kong. Beginning this November all the way through the New Year, the tourism board will be giving away a million free "Hong Kong Night Treats" as part of its new efforts to help visitors familiarize themselves with its food and music scene.

What to Expect in Hong Kong At the End of 2023
The Hong Kong Wine & Dine Festival returns from October 26 to 29, 2023 after a five-year hiatus. Wine from more than 36 countries, including France, Italy, and Finland, are part of the menu. There will also be about 300 booths and interactive workshops with renowned chefs like He Jiansheng from Shunde, Guangdong and award-winning Taiwanese baker Wu Pao-Chun,
In November, Chinese Master Chefs will be coming to town to curate menus for the third straight year. The chefs will reimagine culinary techniques, trends, and philosophies for visitors. A new twist to Chinese dishes should be expected.
An Open-Top Bus Night Tour is recommended to see the best of the island and the Kowloon district. From November 2023 to January 2024, visitors can get tickets for only HK$20 at bus terminals.
Meanwhile, December will have some of the biggest music acts in the world come together for Clockenflap. As Hong Kong's biggest international outdoor music and arts festival, the event will be boasting regional and local talent, such as the likes of PULP, Joji, Yoasobi, Caroline Polachek, and IDLES. The festival will take place from December 1 to 3, 2023. To end the year, the Hong Kong New Year Countdown Celebration will be hosted at Victoria Harbour.
The Hong Kong Tourism Board says that establishments will be extending their hours. More than 140 restaurants, shops, and more are open to accepting vouchers. Earlier this year, the board offered 500,000 free air tickets to boost tourism in the country.
