Are you a fresh grad wondering where to apply to? Or maybe just someone considering a change in scenery? You might want to check out these top companies ranked by the regional HR organization HR Asia.

Twenty-three Philippine companies were recognized by HR Asia's Best Companies to Work for in Asia Awards, an annual event that recognizes companies based not on their profits or performance, but on how they treat their employees.

Among the winners of this year’s awards are big banks like Bank of the Philippine Islands and entire conglomerates like Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. The annual event is held by HR Asia, a bimonthly regional magazine, and Business Media International, which caters to businessmen based in Asia. The awards take place throughout Asia from the Philippines to India, and each year it acknowledges the companies with “the best HR practices and which demonstrate high levels of employee engagement and excellent workplace cultures.” The awards follow a nomination and application system, and this year, 23 local companies made the cut.
