Karen Davila and Imee Marcos Trend for Their Interesting Banter
Broadcaster Karen Davila said Wednesday it was "all good" between her and Sen. Imee Marcos after their exchange on her morning talk show on ANC went viral.
After exchanging pleasantries at the beginning of "Headstart", elder sister of president-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. told Davila: "Yes, good morning Karen. It’s nice to see you you’re still here in the Philippines."
"Akala ko magma-migrate ka pag nanalo ang Marcos?," the senator said.

On Wednesday afternoon, "Karen" was trending on Twitter with 61,000 posts. "Sen. Imee" was also a trending topic.Â
Davila posted on Facebook, "Let me set the record straight on this one. Sen Imee Marcos on #ANCHeadstart joked about me still being in the PH after her brother’s victory to which I replied… 'ALWAYS HOPING FOR THE BEST FOR THE COUNTRY', Yan po ang sagot ko."
"Napikon po ba ako? Hindi po. Sen Imee Marcos also sent me an apology by text after the show. All good. Salamat!" she said.
