The Rock's New Under Armour Sneaker Is an Absolute Beast

Dwayne Johnson does not half-ass anything. Workouts. Eating. Smiling. None of it. The people love him for it! And the people—his people—should be excited: The Rock just dropped his latest sneaker with Under Armour this week. The stock is super limited, so if you're interested, now is not the time to sleep.

The shoes—the UA Project Rock 1—are very The Rock in nature. They're a bold blue with a white sole, which makes them colorful but not obnoxious. And they have a ton of functional elements built in to optimize performance: lateral support in the overlay, forefoot webbing to lock you in, and a sole zeroed in on stability for lifts. Plus, they have a knit bootie construction, which, beyond feeling comfortable, actually serves to give your ankle some stability. The shoe retails for $120.

This shoe is inspired by the United States and the people who serve it (see: the blue, white, and hits of red). The man does what he can to give back.
