This La Salle Watch by Ibarra Is a Classic Timepiece of Green and White
The De La Salle Alumni Association (DLSAA) partnered with Filipino brand Ibarra Watches to bring a limited edition timepiece for Lasallians: Trofeo - Green, which boasts the university colors.
Trofeo-Green is exclusively available at the DLSAA Office (Rm 101, Br. Andrew Gonzalez Hall, De La Salle University) for P12,500. Proceeds of sales go directly to the DLSAA Scholarship Fund.
Features of the DLSAA Trofeo - Green Watch
Trofeo - Green is inspired by Ibarra's Trofeo 1898 Quartz series. While a Green Enamel Dial is available from the said product line, the Trofeo Green features the distinct La Salle Green hue with hex color code 00703C, RGB color code (0, 112, 6), or Pantone 349 CC. It comes in either a green or white strap.
The color alone brings us back to the good ol' days of waiting for that "Beautiful Dreamer" school bell tune.
The Trofeo watches feature a 31x31mm ion-plated 316L stainless steel (40mm lug-to-lug measurement) case with a brushed 316L stainless steel caseback. The case, which is a rounded rectangle, has a thickness of 6.2mm. The glass is made of flat sapphire, while the dial is enamel. Also, like the other Trofeo watches, it has a Japanese Miyota 9T33 quartz movement and water resistance of 3 ATM.
