9 Things You'll Need to Beat the Summer Heat

Don’t let the heat get in the way of you making the most of this time of year.

This year, the Philippine summer is expected to reach dangerous levels. Aside from heading to the beach, here’s what you can do to cool down.

1. Trade in your thick clothes for more lightweight options.

5. Have a summer iced tea party at TWG. 

This season, TWG is releasing an iced teabag collection with refreshing varieties such as Eternal Summer Tea, Moroccan Mint Tea, Pink Flamingo Tea and Cocktail Hour Tea which you can enjoy with their decadent patisseries. You can also enjoy their tea infused ice cream and a special macaron ice cream sandwich which they describe as “the perfect dessert to beat the heat.”  TWG Tea's iced teabag collection retails at P1,500 while the tea-infused ice creams and sorbets are priced at P120 and P130 per scoop respectively. 6. Keep the summer allergies at bay.


Another thing that comes around, like clockwork, during summer are allergies. From pollen to smog, there’s a lot to worry about this time of year.
