Tell us about what you do.
I handle marketing, PR, and events of Beauty Bar. When it was time to come home to the Philippines from New York, my first job was with Stores Specialists, where I have worked for the last five years.

How did you get into the world of public relations?
My first PR-related internship was for PR Consulting in SoHo, which housed brands such as Jil Sander, Proenza Schouler, and Versace. Then I eventually worked with the PR departments of Ralph Lauren and Marc Jacobs. It was such a learning experience to work with prestigious editors and talented stylists, dressing up celebrities for events, planning for Fashion Week shows. Moments such as working with Grace Coddington and Anna Wintour during press previews—these are just some of the experiences that I will never forget.

How do you stay fit?
I love that Pilates is a total body workout and so good at toning. It’s safe to say that Options Studio is my second home. I also enjoy doing high-intensity interval training activities, circuit training, and Barre.

How do you take care of your skin?
I try to keep my routine simple, using facial wash, serum, and moisturizer. I love serum because it really sinks into your skin. To remove makeup, I swear by Koh Gen Do Spa Water.

How do you relax?
Intimate gatherings with close friends. Great food. A good night’s sleep. Peaceful surroundings. Basking under the sun, at the beach. Sitting on a plane anticipating departure for my next destination.

Best beauty advice you’ve ever received?
The best thing you can do for your appearance is to drink lots of water. And less is always more!

Beauty secrets?
My primer and CC Cream have become my beauty staples. Smashbox Photo Finish Radiance primer gives you an instant illuminizing and radiant glow. I top it off with Smashbox CC Cream, a game changer that gives effortless coverage.

How do you go from day to night?
For day, I usually pull something a quirky accessory. My go-tos are Chanel flats, a crossbody bag, and a good pair of skinny jeans. Shoes are important since they transform an entire look—I can go from my classic red Gucci loafers to my quirky mint green Converse. I keep it spontaneous and fun during the day.

For evening, skinny black jeans take me from happy hour to dinner and stepping out in the nightlife. If I have an important event, a little black or white dress is on hand. Bolder makeup, bolder accessories, always a pop of color somewhere and I’m good to go. I often spruce up my look with statement earrings.
