Try Not to Cry in This Video of Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson Giving Away His Personal Ford Truck to a Deserving Fan

You have to be a rock not to tear up at this story. 

Hollywood A-lister and WWE legend Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s video gave away his personal custom Ford pickup truck to a fan who attended the special screening of “Red Notice.” 

The video, which already had over 10.5 million views shows Johnson surprising Navy veteran Oscar Rodriguez, who’s also a church leader, a personal trainer and volunteer who makes meals for women victims of domestic violence. He also takes care of his 75-year-old mom. This mama’s boy, as Johnson would tease him said that, “You do a lot of good to people brother, his laundry list of doing good is just amazing!”  

In the post, Johnson wrote “Today was a good day. I invited fans to a special theater screening of Red Notice and I wanted to do something cool for all of them.”

the actor said he originally wanted to give away a Porsche Taycan, which was a car he used for the movie, but the German carmaker turned down this proposal so he gave away his own custom Ford pickup truck instead.

I gathered as much information as I could about everyone in the audience and ultimately, Oscar’s story moved me.”

This isn’t the first time Johnson gave away a Ford vehicle. In 2017, he surprised a combat veteran named Marlene who finished three tours of duty and got a serious brain injury and was given a Purple Heart.
