KAI Space is Every Kyrie Irving Fan’s Disneyland
Bangkok, Thailand - Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving is in the Land of Smiles after a five-day promotional tour in China. Irving visited the cities of Xiamen, Jinjiang and Shenyang and launched his collab lifestyle line with Anta called Hélà. As Thai fans eagerly anticipate Irving’s first visit to the country, a pop-up space dedicated to the electrifying veteran point guard opened Sunday morning at CentralWorld Square.

KAI Space, taken from his initials: Kyrie Andrew Irving, is every Kyrie fan’s dream. The pop-up has fresh stock of the White Ghost, Fleur de Lis, Garden State, and Kai-leidescope colorways of Irving’s bestselling first signature shoe with Anta, the KAI 1. Also available are more colorways of Irving’s first lifestyle sneaker, the KAI Tribe. New iterations of the STG Shock Wave 5 ‘Kyrie Pack’ also make an appearance including a white and navy Dallas Mavericks-themed colorway. The store also features tees, hoodies, and other apparel and accessories co-signed by Kyrie.
“We are very excited to host Kyrie here in Bangkok and his Thai fans can’t wait to meet him,” said Anta Southeast Asia marketing manager Christy Feng. “We have several exciting things planned during his stay in Bangkok and we hope he feels the love we all have for him while he’s here.”
“We have prepared a great show to welcome Kyrie to Thailand and we are excited for him to experience all the city has to offer,” added Anta Thailand general manager Kymmy Choong.
Irving will be on-hand to grace KAI Space Bangkok Monday afternoon (September 23) and experience the pop-up himself. A fan event will follow at CentralWorld that will include a concert by Thai musical artist Daboyway and a chance for fans to get up close and personal with Irving himself. Select fans from all over Southeast Asia, including the Philippines, will also be part of the event as they get a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to get up-close-and-personal with the NBA superstar.
Irving was selected 11th overall in the 2011 NBA Draft and won Rookie of the Year honors that season. He is an eight-time All-Star and won his first championship in 2016 with the Cleveland Cavaliers and an Olympic gold medal for the United States in Rio that same year. Irving is set to play in his 14th NBA season and his third with the exciting new-look Mavs, who just recently acquired the services of last year’s Manila visitor Klay Thompson this off-season.
