So Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk Are Dead Serious About Fighting in a Cage Match
So the Mark Zuckerberg versus Elon Musk rivalry has transcended the billionaires' tech empires and is now transitioning into mixed martial arts. Earlier this week, Musk had put forward the idea that he and Zuck should fight. The Facebook founder apparently is up for it. Is this really happening?
God, make this happen. Musk had no problems communicating his intentions to the Twitterverse, after all. Interestingly enough, it doesn't sound like a bad idea. Zuckerberg, as we know by now from his posts, is a Brazilian jiu-jitsu-trained fighter. Musk, on the other hand, once claimed on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast that he has had some training for Karate, Judo, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, and even Taekwondo.

Bookmakers are already talking, as well. According to Oddspedia, most bettors have their money on Zuckerberg. Surely, Musk has something to say about that. In a tweet, the Tesla founder noted: "I’m sure Earth can’t wait to be exclusively under Zuck’s thumb with no other options." Sounds like a man with a plan. It also sounds like Musk wants it to be a cage match, which would pit the two in a WWE-esque hellscape. Count us in.
To make it more serious, heck, even Ultimate Fighting Championship President Dana White is in. Speaking to TMZ Sports, the promoter said: "There's no limit on what this thing can make." He stressed that he had spoken to both Zuck and Musk the night prior and that the two are "dead serious."
We have the consent from both sides and the promoter now. So we're guessing all we're waiting for is the venue and the tale of the tape. Billionaire on billionaire violence. Who you got?
