Azure North Brings Premier Resort Living to Pampanga

Offering more options for resort-like living outside the metro, Century Properties Group, Inc. (CPGI) is building its first mid-rise residential project in Pampanga. The 27-storey tower, set to become part of Azure North in San Fernando City, is slated for completion in 2025.

But according to CPGI, it can only proceed with the construction of the mid-rise building after completing the high-rise condominium, The Resort Residences, at the same location. The latter comprises the Monaco, Bali, and Barbados towers, with a total of 2,426 units. The mid-rise project, on the other hand, will feature 375 units with deluxe amenities, including an extensive waterpark for guests to enjoy.

Taking inspiration from the Azure Urban Resort Residences in Parañaque, Azure North prides itself as the first of its kind in the north of Metro Manila. Its key attractions include a luxurious, man-made white sand beach and wave pool, as well as an exclusive clubhouse. These features contribute to Azure North's status as one of the must-visit resorts in Pampanga.

Azure North is approximately an hour and a half drive away from the metro. It is located right by the San Fernando exit of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and close to the Clark International Airport (CRK), providing more convenience for guests visiting from outside the province.
