Louis Vuitton's Newest Collection Is for Dog Lovers
Since when did dog-walking outfits become so chic? In Pharrell Williams' latest collection as Men’s Creative Director for Louis Vuitton, the fashion designer dedicates the vibrant wardrobe to the “dandy” canine-loving community. The Spring-Summer 2025 Men’s Pre-Collection—DOG LVERS—portrays the symbiotic relationship between dogs and their human companions, celebrating the cosmopolitan pup culture.

Pictured in the collection are the dapper dog walkers of New York City, showing off trans-seasonal casual looks that still scream elegance. The wardrobe is inspired by the preppy dress codes originating from the tradition of dog shows. With tailor-made suits and workwear-inspired silhouettes, the collection pays homage to the urban lifestyle of owners and their canine best friends.

Reimagining its signature Damier motif, the French luxury fashion house incorporates argyle patterns into its jacquard pieces. The intricate designs are reflected in rosette-embroidered suits proposed in a three-piece silhouette, or cropped jackets with the shawl collars of evening wear.

Dog-themed accessories are among the highlights of the collection. The accessory line includes gold-finish necklaces, dog bone bracelets, laurel-and-pearl brooches, and even sunglasses engraved with Louis Vuitton’s iconic motif, while mirroring the dandy concept. Beanies, as well as neckties, socks, and berets are adorned with rosettes and crests, amplifying how the collection traces its roots to the phenomenon of dog shows.

Infusing pooch-inspired elements into footwear, the Dog Collar Loafers, Damier-embossed LV Checker Mary-Janes, and LV Trainers take inspiration from dog collars and buckles.

A mix of the French luxury maison’s classic and signature patterns, the bag designs are crafted out of the theme of Monogram Heritage, which include leather bags adorned with paw-shaped charms.

Of course, for your doggos, there’s a vast selection of Louis Vuitton-branded accessories, including a lead, collar, harness, plastic bag holder, and thermos. The black velvet berets for humans are available in dog sizes, too, as well as pup bandanas that match the owners’ neckties—an ode to fur babies and fur parents dressing in matching outfits.
The DOG LVERS collection is set to come out in Louis Vuitton shops in October.
