How to Sculpt Your Abs in the Office

Work: what a waste of time, when you could be sculpting your abs. If you're really trying to get a six-pack on the clock, then we're going to go ahead and assume you don't care about breaking a sweat (or punching a vending machine) in the presence of coworkers. Noah Neiman of Rumble Boxing walked us through a semi-practical workout for the workplace, if you don't give a damn about flexing around coworkers (maybe ask first). And please, keep your shirt on.

1. Russian Twist with Punch

Where: at your desk

Do for: 45 sec to 1 minute

2. Stairwell Sprints

Where: the stairwell

Do for: 30 to 50 seconds

3. Squat + One-Two Punch

Where: at the vending machine

Do for: sets of 10 to 15

4. Combat Burpee

Where: at the microwave

Do for: 30 to 60 seconds

5. Advanced Plank Push-Up

Where: on the copier

Do for: sets of 10 to 15

6. Bear Crawl

Where: on the conference room table

Do for: 30 to 60 seconds
