LOOK: Carlos Yulo's New Three-Bedroom Home in McKinley Hill
At the start of the Paris Olympics 2024, Megaworld promised the Filipino Olympians a fully furnished condominium unit worth P24 million to anyone who could take home a gold medal. But gymnast Carlos Yulo not only took home one but two gold medals, which was more than enough reason for the developer to upgrade their reward to a three-bedroom unit worth P32 million plus a cash bonus of P3 million.
Less than 24 hours after the Philippine team's arrival in Manila, Yulo formally received his new home today, August 14, within the 50-hectare McKinley Hill township in Taguig.
The condominium was turned over by Kevin L. Tan, son of tycoon Dr. Andrew L. Tan and the president and chief executive officer of Alliance Global Group, Inc. (AGI), and Lourdes T. Gutierrez-Alfonso, president of Megaworld Corporation.

As promised, the unit is fully furnished and designed by Megaworld's in-house interior design team. It features clean, sleek lines and neutral tones to emphasize hues of gold fit for the gold medalist.
At the center of the living room is a coffee table that looks like Yulo's Paris Olympics gold medal, while the hallway celebrates his victory through a gallery of framed newspaper clippings.
It already has essential appliances, such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, four-burner cooktop with oven, and washing and drying machines. Four smart televisions and a game console are completing the setup.
The dining area features a custom dining table, which can be expanded to accommodate up to eight people, while one of the three bedrooms is designed to be an entertainment room with a day bed and pull-out single bed. There are two balconies, one coming from the living room and the other from the master's bedroom.
As a new resident of McKinley Hill, Yulo also gets access to the condominium's infinity pool, pool deck, two-level fitness center, an outdoor fitness area, game and entertainment room, business center, and a bar and lounge.
Yulo was also given a lifetime free delivery service and other merch from PICK.A.ROO.

We recognize his passion and dedication to excellence, and we take pride in welcoming another Olympic champion in our Megaworld township, just like how we celebrated and welcomed Hidilyn Diaz in Eastwood City when she won the Philippines’ first-ever Olympic gold medal in Tokyo, Japan back in 2021," said Tan in a statement.
Megaworld also gifted Yulo with a parking slot in "a prime location as it is conveniently situated just in front of the elevator lobby"Â and has its own Certificate of Title. The space is perfect for Toyota's reward for the gymnast: a P4.5 million Toyota Land Cruiser Prado.
