Etaily helps companies grow their businesses by providing end-to-end services in technology, operations, brand, and data capabilities. Founded in 2020, it has since evolved as one of the go-to partners for digital commerce solutions for big brands, such as Levi’s, Crocs, Fila, Skechers, and L’Oreal, among others. With its expansion to Singapore, etaily hopes to bring its international footprint to the next level, knowing the Southeast Asian country is one of the world’s most business-friendly regimes.
“Singapore is a vibrant and bustling city open for business 24/7,” Alexander Friedhoff, founder and chief executive officer of etaily, said. “We look forward to empowering brands based in Singapore while widening our regional network.”
Etaily plans to roll out its “all-in-one” suite of e-commerce services in Singapore. Among these are etaily BrandSuite for brand commerce management; etaily Studios for live streaming; and etaily Society for influencer collaborations. All features are powered by the company's flagship platform, Clarity. It’s a “central business hub” connected to major e-commerce sites like Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, and TikTok Shop—creating an avenue for brands to reach more customers globally.
"We are ready to meet the demands of the Singaporean population for brands that are already available locally, as well as bringing in new brands, either from etaily’s ecosystem, or brands developed by etaily’s BrandLabs unit,” said Friedhoff.
So far, etaily has processed more than 30 million orders from esteemed brands, continuously establishing itself as a "pivotal gateway" for those seeking to expand their online footprint across Southeast Asia. This will be even more possible now, with the latest funding it secured worth $17.8 million.
Friedhoff and his colleagues, Toti Wong and Tatiana Cziomer, were part of the Esquire Philippines Startup Trailblazers' List in 2023.
